Thermal & ULV Fogging Services for Campuses and Societies
Fogging converts insecticide into a cloud of extremely fine droplets that stays suspended in air long enough to contact flying insects and settle into vegetation, drains, shrubbery and open voids that hand spraying cannot reach. It is the fastest way to knock down a heavy adult mosquito or fly population across a large open area, which is why residential societies, hospitals, hotels, schools, factories and event venues rely on it before monsoon and before large gatherings.
NPMS offers both thermal fogging, which produces the visible dense white fog suited to outdoor areas, dense landscaping, drains, basements and perimeters, and cold ULV fogging, which produces an almost invisible ultra-low-volume mist suited to indoor spaces, warehouses, banquet halls and sensitive interiors. We also make an important point with every client: fogging is a knock-down tool, not a control programme. Used on its own it gives a few days of relief; combined with larviciding and source reduction it delivers lasting suppression.
When Fogging Services Are Recommended
- Heavy mosquito or fly pressure across a society, campus, hospital or factory premises
- Pre-monsoon and post-monsoon periods when vector populations rise sharply
- Before weddings, conferences, exhibitions or outdoor events in open venues
- Large gardens, parks, parking areas, basements and drainage zones needing rapid knock-down
- Reported dengue, malaria or chikungunya cases in the immediate locality
How Our Fogging Service Is Carried Out
-
1
Site assessment & method selection
We survey the area, identify resting and breeding zones and decide between thermal fogging and cold ULV based on the location, occupancy, ventilation and target insect.
-
2
Notification & safety preparation
Residents or staff are notified in advance, windows are closed in the fogging zone, food, utensils, pets and water bowls are covered or moved indoors, and the area is cleared during operation.
-
3
Fogging operation
Trained operators fog gardens, shrubbery, drains, basements, parking areas, perimeters and other target zones using calibrated equipment and CIB&RC-approved formulations at correct dilution.
-
4
Ventilation, larviciding & scheduling
After a short settling period the area is ventilated for re-entry, breeding sources are larvicided, and a repeat cycle is scheduled — usually fortnightly during monsoon — to keep the population suppressed.
Why NPMS for Fogging Services
Fogging done badly is either ineffective or unpleasant — wrong droplet size, wrong dilution, wrong time of day, or fogging into wind so the cloud disperses before it works. Our operators are trained in equipment calibration, timing and coverage patterns, and we schedule operations at dawn or dusk when mosquito activity peaks and thermal conditions hold the fog low. NPMS is ISO 9001:2015 certified and liability insured, with three decades of experience delivering fogging programmes for societies, hospitals, hotels, schools and industrial campuses across Rajasthan. We provide advance notification material for residents and documented service reports for facility managers.
Areas We Serve
Thermal and ULV fogging services are available in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Bikaner and nearby areas for residential societies, hospitals, hotels, schools, factories and event venues.
Frequently Asked Questions about Fogging Services
Is fogging safe for residents, children and pets?
Yes, with standard precautions. Stay indoors with windows closed for around 30 minutes during outdoor fogging, keep pets and water bowls inside, and ventilate afterwards.
What is the difference between thermal and ULV fogging?
Thermal fogging produces a visible dense fog best suited to outdoor and dense vegetation areas. Cold ULV produces a fine, nearly invisible mist suited to indoor and sensitive spaces.
How long does the effect of fogging last?
Knock-down is immediate but adult populations rebuild within days unless breeding sources are treated, which is why we pair fogging with anti-larval treatment.
How often should a society schedule fogging?
Fortnightly through monsoon and monthly in other seasons works well for most residential and campus environments.
